Klaudia Meinert has been consultant at derks brand management consultants since 2013. After graduating with a master’s degree in communication sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, she initially worked as study manager at the Bavarian Academy of Advertising and Marketing (BAW). She then worked as independent consultant and author for various magazines, publishing houses, and industrial companies in the premium segment and as lecturer for marketing at LMU München, the Bavarian Academy of Advertising and various publishing houses. She also holds BAW-diplomas in direct marketing and media marketing and won an award at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is specialised in the fields of strategy, marketing, and public relations.
Moritz Thalmayr

Moritz Thalmayr works in the team as a consultant in the areas of product development, brand management and corporate strategy. He studied Communication Science (B.A.) and Psychology (specialising in Business and Engineering Psychology, B.Sc.) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and Human Factors Engineering (M.Sc.) at the Technical University of Munich. Moritz has been with derks bmc for nine years.

Julia Zeidler is a consultant at derks bmc in the areas of brand management and corporate strategy, specializing in construction-related industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Tourism Management” from the FH Westküste University of Applied Sciences in Heide and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt with a focus on “Market-oriented Corporate Management”. She previously gained brand experience at BIESALSKY & COMPANY.

Paula Läufer supports derks bmc as a consultant in the areas of sales strategy, brand management and corporate strategy. In addition to studying business psychology (B.Sc.) with a focus on organizational psychology and international management, she gained extensive experience at national and international level in the areas of business development retail excellence and sales with Occhio, an international lifestyle and luxury brand.
Ludwig Winkler

Ludwig Winkler supports derks bmc as a Consultant. After studying at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and semesters abroad at the Università degli Studi in Florence and the University of Technology Sydney, he initially worked for the UBS Group in the Real Estate division. In the Management Trainee Programme at Hubert Burda Media, he was involved in the development of business models for digital business initiatives in e-commerce and the distribution of these models as well as AI-based business models.
Isabella Welte

Isabella Welte acts as a Junior Consultant at derks bmc. After completing her bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Media and Communication Studies at the University of Vienna, she went on to earn her master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Marketing Management at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid.
Her professional background includes roles at MetaDesign, Jung von Matt, and Serviceplan Group, with a focus on campaign development and brand strategy. Working with international consumer and lifestyle brands, she specialised in brand development, strategic positioning, and 360° marketing campaigns.
Lea Weick

Lea Weick as team assistant, supports the executive management in all organisational matters and on a project level within the areas of distribution and marketing. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences, she worked for an IT service and consulting firm.
Maxima Esterl

Maxima Esterl supports the team as a working student in the areas of public relations, corporate strategy and brand management. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in communication and economics (B.A.) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Moreover, she was also able to gain initial experience in the areas of SEO & Content Management and People & Culture at Martin et Karczinski before her interest in brand work led her to derks bmc

Boris von Schwichow (external)

Boris von Schwichow supports as an external senior consultant in selected projects and special tasks in the areas of corporate strategy and brand management. After completing his studies in communication science, economics as well as market and advertising psychology (M.A.) at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, von Schwichow was responsible for various management positions in marketing and sales at Bang & Olufsen for more than 15 years. He is a proven expert in marketing in the premium and luxury segment and also shares his experience as a moderator in the Co-Create network.
