Virtual exhibition appearance of Schüller Möbelwerk KG
Digitally but personal
In order to not only communicate the innovations of Schüller Möbelwerk KG, one of the leading European kitchen furniture manufacturers, in times of physical distance, but also to make it possible for its retail partners to experience them in an impressive way, creativity and efficiency were necessary.
The result: The Schüller Innovations Tour 2020.
In just a few months, the company succeeded in designing a high-level digital exhibition to serve the kitchen furniture manufacturer’s partners from Germany and abroad the innovations compactly, personally and conveniently directly “to their desks”. The formulated goal was: In terms of information and emotion, the Innovations Tour should come as close as possible to the physical exhibition experience that normally takes place in September in the house4kitchen on the Westphalian Küchenmeile A30. The presentation used the central opportunities of digital communication – i.e. independence of place and time as well as the variety of formats – and supplemented these with a personal approach. Users were thus able to experience the innovations digitally in various formats and have them explained in a dialog. In industry circles, this digital exhibition presence earned much praise and recognition for its innovative approach and partner-oriented implementation.
derks bmc designed and supported the agile process at Schüller Möbelwerk KG both strategically and operationally. In addition to creating the project plan and providing diverse content input, derks bmc coordinated the development process of the measures and materials and, in conjunction with the company’s project team, successfully ensured that all components were completed on time. The results measurement showed that both the retail partners and the project participants, who were working under high pressure, were very enthusiastic about this new, alternative form of communication.
